The impact of motivation on employee performance at Al-Rajhi Bank - Wadi Al-Dawasir branch from 2016 to 2020. The study aimed to identify the effect of incentives on the job performance of the employees of Al-Rajhi Bank, Wadi Al-Dawasir branch, and to identify the impact of material incentives on the job performance of employees of Al-Rajhi Bank, Wadi Al-Dawasir branch, and to identify On the impact of moral incentives on the job performance of employees of Al-Rajhi Bank, Wadi Al-Dawasir branch, and clarifying the views of the study sample about the impact of motivation on employee performance in Al-Rajhi Bank - Wadi Al-Dawasir branch according to the variables: age, years of experience, academic qualification. The study used the mixed method approach. The first is a qualitative approach conducted through interviews with experts from industry and academic background. The interviews took place at Al-Rajhi Bank in Wadi Al-Dawasir. The study population consists of employees of Al-Rajhi Bank in Wadi Al-Dawasir. About (15) employees were selected as a sample for this research. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: The individual’s response in general about the impact of (material) incentives on the job performance of the employees working in Al-Rajhi Bank, Wadi Al-Dawasir Branch, strongly agree, exactly (the material incentives in the bank have a significant impact in raising employees.” Confidence and job loyalty increase. Thus, enhancing job performance rates, material incentives have an impact on the pace of work completion, which affects job performance
